Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to all purchases of credits made on the Idée littéraire platform, an online idea generation service for authors. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.
Nature of the Service
- You are purchasing credits that can be exchanged for automatically generated idea suggestions.
- Credits are delivered immediately after payment confirmation and are available in your user account.
No-Refund Policy
Due to the intangible and instantaneous nature of credit delivery:
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, whether they have been used or not.
- No full or partial refunds will be granted, including in cases of dissatisfaction or non-use.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content made available immediately after purchase, where you have expressly waived this right. By confirming your credit order, you consent to the immediate provision of the service and waive your right of withdrawal.
Validity and Use of Credits
- Credits are valid without any time limitation.
- You remain responsible for managing your balance; no refunds will be issued for forgotten or stolen credits.
Billing Errors
In the event of a clear error (e.g., double billing, incorrect amount), please report it within 14 days to support@ideelitteraire.info. If the error is confirmed, we will issue a credit note or a goodwill gesture on an exceptional basis, which does not constitute an automatic right to a refund.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if our practices or the law changes. The most recent version will always be posted on this page, with the update date. By continuing to use our site after a modification, you accept the new version.
